SYNDICATE BEING FORMED!

We have had a number of fantastic properties offered to us for the establishment of our vineyard villages. To finance the purchase of the land, we are forming a syndicate of 20 investors contributing $100,000 each to buy the $2m properties. Banks have offered to fund the servicing of the land with roads, power, water, sewer etc. We expect the development will be sold out within 4 years with a net profit of $20m +/- for distribution to the syndicate members. (Invest $100,000 for a $1,000,000 profit)
