The KERKERING RESIDENCE
This is our recently completed residence and offices. The central core is clad in metallic grey corrugated Colorbond, as are the left side ground floor wing (the office) and the right side ground floor wing (the entry and laundry to the residence). The upper level wings on each side are clad in Shadowclad plywood.
Each room has louvre windows in each corner to provide cross ventilation so we don't need air conditioning in the summer. Heating in the winter is by hydronic heaing panels.
This building is not container based.
