ECO BUILDS..... only can be achieved with container based construction!​

Build an instant hotel,  school, camp, hospital and remove it just as quickly leaving a pristine site!

We recognize that there are locations everywhere in Australia and in fact throughout the world that are nature sensitive and have to be protected for the current and future generations. Using conventional construction it is not possible to develop anything on the land, but with our container based construction, small and large scale developments can take place.

For a start, there is no excavation or interference with the land where any building takes place, there are no holes dug in the ground for footings, there is no concrete poured on the ground. Footings we use are of patent design. They just sit on the ground and with a hand-held jack hammer, you force 30mm diameter galvanized pipes into the ground at different angles. The length of the pipes and the number of pipes create friction which hold the base plates firmly in position. That is all that is needed to hold the corner of a multi-storey container based hotel for instance. And the building can be tornado safe. In fact because there is no removal or interference of soil or sand at the base plate, erosion by wave or flood doesn't take place at the footing location.

These foundations are so strong that it is possible to have a large one with many pipes capable of supporting a huge wind turbine!

Yet, if there is a need to remove the structure, it can be removed (no matter how large it is) within 7 days and the site left pristine. To remove the only components that penetrate the ground, the 30mm diameter pipes, you use the same hand held jack hammer that they were put in with.

The proposed development can have its own services provided for in containers. An electric power generator if required beyond solar or wind turbine will be contained within a shipping container on site,

Sewage and waste water treatment can be handled within another container module. What comes out of the module is ideal for garden watering.

Domestic water can be collected and filtered to ensure safe human consumption. This service can be handled in another container module.

This means that now it is possible to open up nature sensitive locations to tourism.

Councils and governments can be protected by legal agreements  such as 173 agreements in Australia. This means that when the time of the agreement comes to an end, the whole development can be removed and the site left pristine in a matter of days. Of course the 173 agreement can be extended.

Important also is that there is no damage to the buildings during removal. The whole complex can be relocated somewhere else or it can be separated into marketable modules.

Best of all is the fact that this type of construction is fast, and cheaper than any other kind of construction.

It is now possible and profitable to build hotels using this technology and have them on site for a short term major event and then remove them afterwards leaving the site pristine! It's already being done in the U.K.
